Tabs, rounds and the rush at last call
Bars run on open tabs. In SeroPOS, a bartender starts an order, holds it, and resumes it each time the group orders another round, from any terminal behind the bar. Modifier groups cover pours, mixers, garnishes and doubles with upcharges, so a vodka soda with a lime and a double is priced right every time.

Liquor, beer and keg inventory
