QR ordering at the table
QR self-ordering lets guests scan a code on the table, browse your menu with the same modifiers and upcharges your staff use, and send the order themselves. It works well for busy patios, cafés, bars and quick-service spots where guests would rather not wait to flag down a server, and where a second round is easier to sell when ordering takes a few taps.
Orders arrive in SeroPOS tagged to the right table, go to the kitchen display or kitchen printer, and appear on that table’s bill. Staff still own the experience: they can adjust, comp, add to or split the order just as they would one entered at the till, and the guest pays the same way as any other table.
Your own online store
SeroPOS includes an online catalogue with a cart and checkout, so customers can order pickup or delivery directly from you rather than through a marketplace. Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, and the menu comes from the same product list you sell from in-store, so prices, modifiers and availability stay consistent without maintaining a second menu somewhere else.
When an item sells out, mark it unavailable once and it disappears from both the till and the online menu, which saves the awkward phone call to tell a customer their order cannot be made. Email and SMS receipts confirm each order, and the customer’s details join their profile for loyalty and future marketing with permission.

Delivery apps, stated plainly
SeroPOS offers delivery-platform menu and order management, and a direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada. We do not claim live integrations with DoorDash, Grubhub or SkipTheDishes today. If you use those platforms, you continue to receive their orders through their own tablets for now, and we will say so plainly rather than promise a connection that is not ready.
Your own online store is the part you fully control, and it is available now with no third-party marketplace standing between you and your customer. Many restaurants use it to move regulars from delivery apps to direct ordering over time, keeping more of each order and building their own customer list along the way.
One queue for every order
Walk-in, tableside, QR and web orders all reach the same kitchen queue in SeroPOS. The kitchen works from one list, inventory deducts the same way regardless of where the order came from, and reports show sales by order mode, so you can see exactly how much business each channel brings in and whether QR ordering is lifting average spend at the table.
SeroPOS Standard is $29.99 a month and Pro is $49.99 a month in USD, with a 14-day free trial, no credit card, no contract and no onboarding fee. Stripe and PayPal charge their own processing fees on online payments, and those fees are visible in your reports rather than hidden in a marketplace commission.
Frequently asked questions
Does SeroPOS charge commission on online orders?
SeroPOS plans are a flat subscription: Standard is $29.99 a month and Pro is $49.99 a month, in USD. Online payments on your own store go through Stripe or PayPal, which charge their own processing fees. There is no marketplace sitting between you and your customer when they order from your own SeroPOS store.
Is SeroPOS integrated with Uber Eats?
SeroPOS offers delivery-platform menu and order management, and a direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada. It is not yet generally available everywhere, so check with our team on timing for your location before planning your delivery operation around it. Your own online store and QR ordering work today.
Does SeroPOS integrate with DoorDash or Skip?
Not today. SeroPOS does not have live DoorDash, Grubhub or SkipTheDishes integrations. You can run your own online ordering and QR ordering through SeroPOS now, while continuing to take orders from those platforms through their own devices until direct connections are available.
How does QR ordering work for guests?
Guests scan a QR code at their table, browse your menu with the same modifiers and upcharges staff use, and submit the order. It arrives in SeroPOS linked to the table and goes to the kitchen like any other order. Staff can adjust it, add items and settle the bill as usual.
Can online orders go to the kitchen display?
Yes. Online and QR orders arrive in the SeroPOS web-order queue and are sent to the kitchen display or kitchen printers like in-store orders. Each one is labelled as dine-in, take-away or delivery, so the kitchen and packing staff know how to prepare and hand it off.
